Kuan-Wei Chen

About

I joined DVLab in April 2024 and received my Master's degree in the Program for Integrated Circuit Design and Automation. I have a strong foundation in electronic circuit design, software development, and algorithm implementation. During my undergraduate studies in Biomechatronics Engineering, I built a solid academic foundation and conducted research on image reconstruction for biological imaging, while developing interests in quantum computing and circuit design. Through internships at Academia Sinica and Cadence, I gained hands-on experience integrating hardware and software systems and applying AI-assisted methods in EDA workflows, strengthening my problem-solving and collaboration skills. I am familiar with common EDA tools and programming languages such as C++ and Python, and I am eager to apply these skills to challenging problems in verification, synthesis, and circuit optimization.
